Neil Cloud - St. Cloux 1978 LP in FLAC

This is as far as I can tell the only solo album by the former Rabbitt drummer.

Recorded in 1978 the first side is cover versions of Ennio Morricone's 'The Good, The Bad & The Ugly' Side Two kicks off with a cover version of The Argent  (It was The Zombies really) song 'Time Of The Season' which appears here as bonus tracks which were originally released by The Neil Cloud Orchestra on TK Records in 1979. The last two tracks on Side Two are original compositions by Neil Cloud.

Many thanks to my good friend Colourzone for these rips.

South Africa is about to plunge into darkness again
this time the racism is against whites.
My guess is these records will become even more rare as copies in
it's country of origin become either destroyed or damaged due to unrest.
Destined to become one of the more rare offerings coming out of S.A.
for generations to come.

Kudos to your good self and Colourzone for sharing this in high quality WAV!
The first track is actually a mix of Ennio Morricone and the track Reflections (Of My Life) by the band Marmalade which was a huge hit for them in 1969:

The blending of the two songs is just incredible and in my opinion, makes one of the greatest disco-rock tracks of all time.
Likewise, the cover version and the TK remixes of the Zombies track is just as good - the South African disco/rock music of the late seventies and early eighties (John Ireland. Disco Rock Machine, Hot R. S. etc) is often overlooked and yet produced some of the best disco records ever made (good to see many of these artists represented in other posts on this site).

Many thanks for all the comments, especially from Hennie Hartmann. Could we ever see this re-issued on LP or CD as well as all the great music you have worked on? So much great music that needs re-issuing to a new audience.
