The Boppers leave Fantasy Records at the same time as Side Effect.

They don't sign for Elektra but go to Mercury Records instead

This time the band rename themselves as L. A. Boppers as they are an L. A. Band.

The Boppers - The Boppers 1978 [RM 2026] FLAC

Originally called The BeBop Band, they were the backing band for Side Effect.

In 1978 they released their first album on Fantasy Records as The Boppers.

Augie Johnson who was a member of Side Effect Produced this album.

This album has never been released on CD so this is a vinyl rip.
