The ultimate source is Disconet Program Service, Volume 11 Program 11, 1989
The edit is by Rich Buono and features audio samples from Jeff Stryker gay porn flicks and of course there is the added FGTH "Relax" sample.
Considering this is a pre-sampler cut and paste job, it is such a creative mix, coming ten years after the original 1979 release. According to Discogs, this was pretty much the only thing the DJ Rich Buono did that was commited to vinyl which is a mystery as the guy had serious talent.
Here's something you may like if you haven't got the rips already, various releases from the Athens of the North label - some very good 70s material though I'm sure you already know that :)
