Such a classic track! I'd like to have a DC rip if it's possible to reup it (or I need to visit the blog more regularly). It seems that Billy Frazier was like Little Scotty & other 60s American musicians who released a few singles, had a long break, then were briefly drawn into the disco scene. The other version of this is of course the ridiculously expensive "The Mind Blower (Finally Got His Mind Blown)" released on the same label Biljuma Records also in 1980. I know opinions are mixed but imo both versions are stone cold classics.
